Where do we train at?
I train my clients at a private fitness studio on the east side of Columbus in Whitehall.  The location will be revealed to you once you have booked your plan in the Welcome Email.

How Long are your sessions?
1 Hour 15mins

What are your training hours?

  • Monday-Friday 6AM to 9AM & 5PM to 7PM
  • Saturday 8AM & 9AM
  • Sunday 9AM

How will I schedule?
Once you have selected and booked your appropriate plan [Click Here] , you will receive your BAB Welcome Email which will have an acuity private link for you to schedule yourself for the following week every Friday.

Do you have meal plans?
No, I do not provide meal plans.  What I do provide is a Nourishment Guideline which will tell you what you should be eating and what you should avoid and why based on your personal goals.  The purpose of this guideline is to take how you currently eat and turn it into a healthy lifestyle that is in alignment with your goals.  In the BAB Welcome Email there will also be some links to some suggested meal recipes that align with your personal goals.  I also provide you with a personalized macro that tells you exactly what your daily intake of Calories should be included with the break down of carbs, protein, and fats that also aligns with your specific goals.

Are there any products I should buy?
There are a couple of products that are completely optional in the BAB Welcome Email that I recommend to maximize your training with me.

Is the training 1-on-1 or group?
All sessions are group sessions of up to 7 people.  If you would like one on one please submit an email request info@buildabawdy.com
